This event is sponsored by the Chancellor's Office and UCLA Staff Assembly. This event provides the Chancellor with an opportunity to meet and interact with UCLA Staff. Individuals interested in participating in this event will be invited to submit an application, which would result in a random selection process facilitated by the Staff Assembly. Thirteen staff members will be chosen at random from the applicants to participate. Click here for an application.

You may obtain your complimentary picnic lunch ticket at any of the campus locations listed below.  Tickets will be distributed between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, July 21 through Friday, August 8. 

To receive a lunch ticket, you must present your own BruinCard at one of the distribution locations.  Because of the anticipated number of staff attending the event, you may pick up your only own lunch with your ticket.
